SEPTEMBER PRAYER LETTER
CHURCH IN CALDAS: SOME LEAVE AND SOME COME
At the beginning of last month, our friend and intern, Juan Garcia, finished his internship in Colombia and returned to the states. His plan is to start deputation soon. Please pray for him as he starts to raise support for the mission field. He was a great blessing to us here in Colombia, and I know that he will be a great blessing wherever he goes. Last month:- A couple of young men got saved.
- Several new visitors came to church.
- People that were coming before the pandemic are also coming back.
- God has blessed our efforts of doing outreach even in the rain. August has been a rainy month.
- God continues to bless the church in Caldas.
- People are getting saved, discipled, and baptized.
CHURCH IN BELLO: THE ROOF IS FINISHED!
Praise the Lord! The roof is now finished! (Showed in foto)
Since it rains so much here, a proper roof is essential for usto be able to meet.
We just have a few more things to get done, like painting the walls and leveling the ground.
We are about to start, and we trust that God will bless the preaching of His Word here in Bello. Please help us pray for the people of Bello that they would listen with an open heart to the Word of God preached.
PRAY FOR JERICÓ
This week we were able to visit the small town of Jericó, which is located about two hours south of Medellin.
- It has a population of more than twelve thousand people.
- It is a very religious community.
- We found a large cathedral in this town. (Picture on right)
Please pray for:
- The salvation of the souls.
- Laborers needed for the work in this town.
- More missionaries for the country of Colombia.
