HERE IS WHAT HAPPENED IN NOVEMBER!
SIXTH ANNIVERSARY
- We thank God for allowing Iglesia Bautista Vision in Caldas to get to its 6th year.
- The church building was full again!
- We had 4 baptisms.
- 11 people graduated from the discipleship program.
- Several new visitors joined us.
- We are looking forward to what God has for us this upcoming 2025.
AMAZON TRIP
We also had the opportunity to take a quick trip to the Amazon region of our country.
-
- We had fun with some friends (monkeys pictured on the left).
- We were also able to meet and connect with a missionary working hard in the Amazon River area:
- Missionary Jonathan Hernandez, who is working hard to reach the many local tribes and communities along the Amazon River.
- We look forward to taking a group from our church in Medellin to see the work there and help in the ministry down in that area.
DISCIPLESHIP
- Now that we have 11 more people that graduated from the discipleship program, this means we have 11 more teachers that, Lord willing, will be starting more Bible studies and discipleship with others.
- Please help us pray for more new students and more new teachers.
- We look forward to seeing more people discipled.
THE WORK CONTINUES AT BELLO
- We want to thank God for our Colombia teammates: Chestley and Yessica Howell. They are helping immensely with Iglesia Bautista El Refugio.
- I met Chestley a few years back. God has called him to plant churches here in Colombia:
- He has learned the language and is now preaching, teaching, and discipling here in Bello at Iglesia Bautista El Refugio.
- Yessica was the first person that God allowed us to see saved in the ministry here in Colombia.
- She is now also teaching and discipling at the work in Bello.
COLOMBIA CHURCH PLANTING LAND FUND: FOR IGLESIA BAUTISTA VISION IN CALDAS
Another $600 more have come in! We now have a remaining $37,870 needed to purchase this land for our first church plant in Colombia. We are very close to reaching our goal. Thank you so much for giving to this ministry. A building will help the ministry become independent and God will use it to grow His church here in a mighty way.
